NEW: Speaker Mattiello in Favor of Paying Back 38 Studios Bonds
Larry Berman, spokesperson for Mattiello, confirmed Thursday afternoon that the Speaker was in favor.

Speaker Mattiello, who had previously been undecided on whether to pay them back or not, joins the ranks of fellow Democrats Governor Chafee and Democratic gubernatorial candidates, among others, who support paying them back.
