Lombardi Claims Poll Shows Him Leading Race for Mayor

John Lombardi is leading the Democratic primary race for Providence mayor, according to a Zogby International poll, his campaign said today. The campaign, however, did not release any actual numbers from the poll.

“People are looking for experienced leadership to run the city,” said Ramon Martinez, Lombardi's Campaign Manager. “The next Mayor needs to hit the ground running, with a vision to lead the city out of crisis.  John Lombardi is that man and it’s obvious that the people of Providence know that.”
