Former Lt. Gov. Charles Fogarty predicts that the race for governor will be "close" after a new Rasmussen Reports poll showed that Frank Caprio was just three points behind Lincoln Chafee while Republican John Robitaille was within a few points of Caprio. Fogarty, a Democrat who supports Caprio, says Robitaille should not be underestimated as a force in the general election.
