VIDEO: GOP Congressman Calling Trump's Conduct Impeachable is "Critical" Point, Says Sen. Reed

United States Senator Jack Reed on Monday called Republican Congressman Justin Amash's comments that President Donald Trump has "engaged in impeachable conduct" a "critical point" following the Mueller report release.

Reed made the remarks at a Save The Bay event Monday morning in Providence. (Reed's Amash remarks come at :45 mark).

"It represents a critical point in which you have someone who is not only a Republican -- but someone who has established himself as a very conservative Republican -- who's speaking out now based upon I think his sense of the constitutional importance of looking closely at what the President did," said Reed.

"The first step of course is getting the full unredacted Mueller report and then other documents such as his tax returns," said Reed. "So I think again, it suggests -- which is the truth -- that this is not just a partisan effort...this is a constitutional issue that Congress has to take up."
