The battle for Rhode Island's 2nd Congressional District is in full swing - a debate on WPRI focused on jobs, Washington politics, taxes, abortion rights and seniority.

Mike Riley, the GOP challenger questioned Congressman Jim Langevin's effectiveness. Langevin at one point in the debate tried to differentiate on the issue of abortion rights despite the fact that Langevin has changed his position on the issue.
