With the win, Brown (14-12, 7-6 Ivy) completes the season sweep over the Crimson for the first time in 12 years and remains in the hunt for the fourth and final Ivy League Playoff berth.  The Bears need a win over Dartmouth tomorrow night coupled with a Penn loss against Columbia to claim the fourth spot.

The problem is Columbia is the worst team in the league.

"Tonight's game was a battle on every possession against a very physical Harvard team," said Brown head coach Mike Martin. "We had to be mentally and physically tough to compete. Our three upperclassmen – Zach Hunsaker, Brandon Anderson, and Tamenang Choh – were the difference in the game."

Harvard (20-8, 9-4) was eliminated from Ivy title contention with the loss. Yale captured the Ivy title by virtue of its win tonight over Dartmouth

Hunsaker's 20 points came on 7-of-17 shooting from the field, including 5-of-10 from beyond the three-point arc.

The Bears had many contributors with junior Tamenang Choh scoring 13 points, grabbing eight rebounds and handing out five assists. Senior Brandon Anderson scored 14 points.

With four blocked shots, Bears' sophomore Jaylan Gainey (Greensboro, NC) moved into sixth place in single-season for Brown in blocked shots, now with 53 blocks.  He also grabbed five rebounds.

Brown's defense held the Crimson to 31-percent shooting from the field (20-of-63) and turned Harvard over 15 times.

Noah Kirkwood paced Harvard with 14 points, while Chris Lewis (13 points) and Idan Tretout (11 points) also scored in double figures.
