Brown Offense
Brown's offense put up big numbers, but the biggest stat may have been Penn's defense had eight sacks.
Brown put up 411 yards of total offense in the loss, their fourth straight game of totaling over 400 yards. Senior quarterback EJ Perry completed a career-high 38 passes moved into the top three all-time at Brown in total offense and passing touchdowns. He also went over 300 yards passing for the ninth time in the last 10 games.
Perry moved into sole possession of third place on Brown's career touchdown passes list, surpassing Kyle Newhall-Caballero's mark of 39. Perry now has 41 touchdown passes through just 17 career games.
Perry also moved into third place on the career list of total offense, passing Michael Dougherty, who has 5,891. He did so on a 17-yard first-down pass on Brown's second possession of the game. He now has 6,196 yards of total offense, one of just three players in school history to eclipse the 6,000-yard mark.
Perry also moved up one spot into sixth place for most pass completions in Brown history, and currently has 468 for his career, surpassing Kyle Slager.
Brown will return home next weekend for a matchup against Yale on Saturday, Nov. 6. Kickoff is scheduled for 12 p.m. on NESN, ESPN+ and on the radio on AM 790 WPRV. The game will also serve as Brown Salute of Service Day and will feature a pregame flyover.
