Five Takeaway's from Brown vs Holy Cross
Sophomore Leland King led the Bears with 25 points and eight rebounds in the loss. Meanwhile junior Cedric Kuakumensah set a new all time record for career blocks with 165.
The Bears next travel to Terre Haute, Indiana for the Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational Tournament, where they will play the Indiana State Sycamores on Saturday, November 22 at 6 p.m.

New Block Record
Junior Forward Cedric Kuakumensah returned to his home town and put a nice game together. Kuakumensah, a two time Ivy league Defensive player of the year, put up 20 points and grabbed eight boards and also blocked two shots.
Those two block shots establish a new all-time record at Brown for career blocked shots, Kuakumensah now has 165 blocks.

Spreading the wealth
Junior guard Eric Green led the Crusaders with a 16 points. However, what is impressive is that Holy Cross had three other players in double figures
Sophomore guard Anthony Thompson had 15 points, while senior guard Justin Burrell had 14 points coming off his big game against Harvard.
Sophomore forward Malachi Alexander posted 14 points as well.
Nice game for Leland King
One of the positives for the Brown Bears was the play of sophomore Leland King. King led the Bears with 25 points in the game on 8 of 14 shooting from the floor.
He also pulled down eight rebounds in the game for the Bears. This performance is a good sign for the Bears as their season moves forward.
No Let Down
One of the concerns going into this game was how would the Crusaders respond after their huge win over Harvard just a couple of days before. Would they have a let down in this one?
The answer is no, they played just as good in this game and forced brown into a lot of mistakes. The Crusaders went up big early in the game, brown fought back but Holy Cross was able to build their lead back up .
No let down for Holy Cross.
Turnovers
The biggest take away from this game is the turnovers that Holy Cross forced and that Brown committed. The Bears had a really tough time handling the Crusader's pressure for the first half of the game.
For the first time since 2007, the Crusaders had 15 steals in a game. Anthony Thompson had five steals and Justin Burrell had four steals to help lead the way.
Holy Cross also forced at least 20 turnovers for the second straight game after forcing 24 against Harvard. This is the first time since 2006 they have forced 20+ turnovers in two straight games
