Ed Cooley and his staff don't have a lot of work to do when it comes to recruiting the class of 2013. With a limited number of spots available (only Vincent Vouncil graduates next spring), PC only has one or two scholarship spots to offer for high school players in the class of 2013.

Wednesday, PC filled one of those spots when it received a verbal committment from 6'-7" forward Rodney Bullock from Kecoughton High in Virginia. Bullock played with current PC freshman Josh Fortune and was considering new A-10 member VCU, Old Dominion, UMass, NC State, Virginia, Virginia Tech and a few other schools. Bullock is considered a bit of a sleeper in that he is not rated in the top 150 for the class of 2013 by Rivals.com.
While Bullock is the first recruit from the class of 2013, Providence will add Ricky Ledo and a healthy Kris Dunn into the fold next season along with transfers Tyler Harris and Carson Desrosiers.
