PC Basketball Announces Out of Conference Schedule

The Providence College men's basketball team's non-conference schedule was announced Thursday.

The Friars will play 11 non-conference games to get the 2021-2022 season started. 

The Friars' home games will be versus:

Stonehill College, (October 21) Exhibition Game

Fairfield University (Tuesday, November 9)

Sacred Heart (Thursday, Nov. 11)

New Hampshire (Thursday, Nov. 18)

Saint Peter's (Saturday, Nov. 27)

Texas Tech (Wednesday, Dec. 1)

Rhode Island (Saturday, Dec. 4)

Vermont (Tuesday, Dec. 7)

Central Connecticut (Saturday, Dec. 11)

Kicking off the non-conference road games for the Friars will be a game at Wisconsin on Monday, November 15. Additionally, Providence will play two games in the Legends Classic scheduled for November 22-23 at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.  

The Friars will face Northwestern on November 22 at 9:30 p.m. on ESPN+.  In their second game of the Classic, the Friars will play Virginia or Georgia on November 23 at 5 or 7:30 p.m. on ESPN2.
