PC Blasts Dartmouth

Two emerging Friars  Vincent Council 1(8 points) and Bilal Dixon (11 rebounds) led Providence College in a win over Ivy League Dartmouth 87-52 at the Dunk Saturday night.  It was opening night for both teams' opener.

The great news for friars fans was the play of freshman guard Gerard Coleman.  Coleman ran the court and went strong to the rim in his 17-point effort.

PC started strong and blew the game open early with a 19-3 opening run.
