We've reached that time of the year when the leaves are changing colors, the air is getting colder, and playoff football is right around the corner in high school sports. With 2 weeks remaining there are still plenty of playoff spots up for grabs, plenty of big games that will determine seeding and home field advantages, and most of all- rivalry games with major bragging rights on the line. This Friday night Barrington and Hendricken square off in a battle between Division 1 undefeateds and the Top 2 teams in this Power Pack. For the rest of the Top 10, as well as a look at the big matchups of the weekend, scroll through the slides below and mark your calendars!
Power Pack: RI High School Football: November 7th
Cumberland
Division Record: 5-1 (Division 2-B)
Overall Record: 7-2
It's been tough finding a Division 2-B team to rank in the Power Packs over the weeks since there is so much parity at the top of the division (4 teams are 4-2 and tied for 2nd place). The Clippers are the lone 5-1 team, with their lone loss coming to North Kingstown. CHS hosts 4-2 West Warwick this week in their league finale, with a win earning the Clippers 1st place for the year.
