The Red Sox trail the series 1-0 heading into game two on Sunday night.

With the bases loaded, Houston pitcher Justin Verlander walked Mitch Moreland resulting in Steve Pearce scoring from third to make the score 2-1.
Boston would tie the game on a Verlander wild pitch resulting in Jackie Bradley Jr. scoring.
However, the Astros would retake the lead in the very next inning when Jose Correa singled to score Alex Bregman to give Houston a 3-2 lead.
The Astros would add to their lead in the top of the ninth when former Red Sox Josh Reddick hit a leadoff home run to make it 4-2 Houston.
Three batters later, Yuli Gurriel hit a three-run home run to give the Astros a 7-2 lead, the score they would go on to win by.
Red Sox starter Chris Sale when four innings and gave up two runs while striking out five and walking four.
Overall, Red Sox pitching walked ten Houston batters and also hit three others.
Game 2
Game two of the series is set for Sunday, October 14 at Fenway Park.
Game time is set for 7 p.m.
