Sky Chiefs Face Huge Test in South Beach vs. Midnites

The Providence Sky Chiefs (9-2) are back on the road this weekend when they visit south beach to take on the (7-1) Miami Midnites on Saturday, January 10 at 5 p.m. and Sunday, January 11 at 6 p.m.

The matchup is expected to be one of the bigger ones of the season as both Providence and Miami are ranked in the top 10 of the ABA power rankings. Providence currently sits in the 10 spot while Miami sits in the number six spot

Last time out, the Sky Chiefs defeated the Staten Island Vipers, 119-115 while Miami is coming off a dominating performance over Marion County, winning the game 172-85.

Throughout the season, Providence has been led by Shane DaRosa who averages 19 points per game and is shooting 60 percent from three-point land. DaRosa is followed up by DeShaune Greene and DeRonn Scott who averaging 17 and 13 points per game respectively. 

This weekend in Miami should be a great test for Kyle Ivey-Jones and the SKy Chiefs.
