Sky Chiefs Roll Jersey Express 99-84, Improve to 2-1

The Providence Sky Chiefs (2-1) defeated the Jersey Express (1-2) 99-84 Saturday afternoon at Rhode Island College in front of just over 1,000 fans. 

The Chiefs had six players reach double figures in the game led by Da Ronn Scott who had 19 points. Scott also had five assists and eight rebounds to help the Sky Chiefs come away with the victory. Deshaune Green added 16 points and Shane Da Rosa addded 15 points for the Sky Chiefs who beat the Express for the second straight time. 

"We got out to a big lead early, they cut it down but we were able to come back and pull out the win," said Providence's Mark Alexander who  contributed 14 points off the bench. "Our chemistry is building" he added.

The Jersey Express were led by Zaki Thomas who had 22 points off the bench in the loss. 

The Sky Chiefs next home game is on December 14th when they host the the Coyotes.
