It’s official — Tampa Bay Buccaneer quarterback Tom Brady and supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen are divorcing.

In Instagram posts on Friday morning, former New England Patriot MVP Brady and Gisele issued statements.

"Tom and I have amicably finalized our divorce," wrote Gisele.

“Doing so is, of course, painful and difficult,” said Brady.

The official news of the split comes on the heels of Brady’s latest loss with the Bucs on Thursday night.
