LIVE CONCERTS: The Bally’s Lounge Kicks off With Hall of Famer and Rapper
As GoLocal announced at the beginning of June, the new location and studio will allow local emerging artists the opportunity to be featured on GoLocalProv.com and via a range of social media sites LIVE in concert.
Bally's, which recently expanded its footprint in Rhode Island with a 40,000-square-foot addition in Lincoln, said it is excited about the opportunity to further promote the state's vibrant local music scene.

Mark Cutler - RI Legend
On Tuesday, Rhode Island Hall of Fame artist Mark Cutler performs at 1 PM at the Bally’s Lounge — the concert will be broadcast LIVE on GoLocalProv.com and on Facebook.
Cutler, the Providence-based songwriter and rock-and-roller, has been a force in the music scene for decades in Rhode Island and across the country.
Cutler has received praise locally and across the country, including in Rolling Stone magazine and on the West Coast.
"There's something fearsomely wild in his grim visions of frustration and loss,” wrote the Los Angeles Times.
Joe Bruce - The Waterbearer
Joe Bruce is one of Rhode Island’s most dynamic and creative musicians.
Bruce is a rapper, global collaborator, and tour de force.
In 2022, GoLocal featured the collaboration between Bruce and French musician "Bloom Bat" — Baptiste Ugo’s creation; Bruce this year joined Ugo on a European tour.
Bruce will perform at The Bally’s Lounge on Thursday at 1 PM.
