The James E. & Alice B. Sullivan House on the East Side of Providence was sold for $1,600,00 by Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL), the company announced on Wednesday, November 9. 

The sale is the East Side's 12th sale of over $1,000,000 this year, ten of which have been represented by Residential Properties Ltd. with the company also totaling 20 of the possible 24 transaction sides.

The James E. & Alice B. Sullivan House 

Built in 1893 by the architectural firm of William R. Walker & Son, this Victorian located at 254 Wayland Avenue was designed for Alice B. Sullivan, daughter of United States Rubber Company President and Rhode Island Heritage Hall of Fame member Joseph Banigan. 

This 15,360 square foot property has been turned into a multi-family residence offering eight different units. This includes a large master unit offering 2,800 square feet of living space with amazing architectural details throughout.
