NEW: RISD Alums Featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 Lists

Forbes has released their 30 Under 30 lists, and RISD alums took top honors the Art and Style category.

The now third annual lists feature thirty up-and-comers in 15 categories, for a total of 450 individuals recognized.  

In the Art and Style category, six nods went to RISD, including Victo Ngai ['10 Illustration], Asher Dunn ['08 Industrial Design], Colin P. Kelly ['07 Industrial Design], Jemima Kirke ['08 Painting], Simon Haas ['08 Architecture], and Lotta Nieminen [Graphic Design].

Dunn currenty lives inProvidence and runs Studio Dunn, which produces sleek, simple furniture, lighting, bowls and vases that recall mid-20th century modernism.  Dunn also founded Keeseh Woodshop, a community workshop that teaches woodworking, and Anchor Providence, an arts and business incubator.
