Tenants at University Marketplace include Whole Foods, Petco, Staples, McDonalds, and Radio Shack, as well as a liquor store.

Boston Market's Run

Coates noted that Boston Market had been there since 1996.

"Boston Market is a fabulous merchant and had a long and successful run there," said Coates. "The process of owning a shopping center, you have to adjust as the market modifies, and make sure you have what the customer needs."

"We believe Starbucks will be a great addition to the shopping center, and will serves people coming there well," said Coates.  "We expect they'll be in by the end of the first quarter."
