Ocean State Innovations Acquires Tennessee-Based ColorWorks

Portsmouth-based Ocean state Innovations (OSI) announced that it has acquired ColorWorks, a premier textile dyer and finisher located in Tennessee.

“We are extremely excited to join the Ocean State Innovations team. OSI’s expertise will open markets and help lead ColorWorks into the future,” said Sam Buchanan, President of ColorWorks.

ColorWorks was founded in 1996.
