In January of this year, Rhode Island saw a 39.1% drop in sales activity compared to January 2022 due to the shortage of inventory.
Residential Properties finished 2022 as the only company in Rhode Island to reach $1 billion in sales.
According to the company, it accomplished the feat for a third consecutive year during 2022, finishing with $1,181,312,871 in sales - 53.9% more than the next closest competitor.
The company has now led the state in overall sales volume every year since Statewide MLS began recording accurate records in 2004.
The open houses include a stately four-bedroom colonial in East Greenwich — a condo in Fox Point at Corliss, and a Wayland neighborhood home.
