SBANE to Host Women Leaders Symposium

The strong, successful women of Rhode Island are all getting together and sharing their secrets.

On Tuesday, June 7th, The Smaller Business Association of New England will host a Women Leaders Symposium and Luncheon. The event entitle “Cultivating Leadership in Women Executives” will feature contemporary female executives who will share their insights into what inspires their success.

The program will be held at the Culinary Arts Museum at Johnson &Wales University from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Women from various companies around Rhode Island will speak on a panel about their experiences and the factors that make a difference in becoming effective leaders in today’s business environment.

The panel will feature top female executives from prominent Rhode Island companies such as Hope Global Inc., Blue Cross Blue Shield, FarSounder Inc., Citadel Broadcasting Corporation, and the Law Offices of Miriam A. Ross . And Leslie Taito, the Chief Executive Officer of the Rhode Island Manufacturing Extension Services, Inc. will act as moderator for the program.
