A New “Restaurant Refresh” Show Is Slated to Film in Rhode Island

A new reality television show is slated to begin filming shortly in Rhode Island - and is looking for diners who want to “eat for free.”

“Come be part of an exciting televised dining experience for a brand new show,” said the casting company, of opportunities available in April for extras in Narragansett. 

The Rhode Island Film and Television Office confirmed with GoLocal on Monday that the filming is for a “restaurant refresh” show.

According to the Film and Television Office, executives from the show have been working with the state as well as Narragansett for necessary filming permits. 

 

How to Apply

According to the casting company, it is looking for diners for an undisclosed location on Sunday, April 6 at 10:45 AM and again on Monday April 7 at 10:45 AM. 

Times “may be subject to change.”

Interested individuals should email [email protected] with their full name, email, phone number, photo and party size; in the subject line, people are instructed to write “Narragansett” and the date that works best for them. 

It is open to people 18 years of age and above. 

The casting company did not respond to request for additional comment at time of publication.
