The forum will take place on Friday,  December 16 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will feature representatives from regulatory agencies,  industry and food recovery organizations will share best practices, showcase current initiatives, and discuss laws and policies related to food waste.

More than 40 representatives from area restaurants, retail food establishments, universities, and non-profit organizations who rely on food donations will be in attendance.
