Pot au Feu Restaurant to Host Cooking Class on Jan. 10

Pot Au Feu Restaurant will host Ecole de Cuisine cooking class on Sunday, January 10th from 11 a.m.m. to 8:30 p.m. with 3-star Chef John Richardson. 

The day includes Chef's lunch and wine tasting as well as a seminar and dinner for the student and three guest who will then grade the final exam five course meal. 

The all inclusive cost of attending is $495.  That cost includes:

The Schedule of the day is as follows: 

  • 11 a.m. - Arrival and Orientation 
  • 11:30 a.m. Class
  • 1:30 p.m. - Lunch with Chef 
  • 2 p.m. - Class
  • 5 p.m. Wine Seminar and Tasting
  • 6 p.m. - Final Exam Dinner 
  • 8:30- Graduation ceremony - Students will be presented a diploma
