Pumpkin, Coffee, and Pisco Star in This Fall Drink at Providence Restaurant

Rhode Islanders love their coffee.

And if you are equally a fan of pumpkin -- and pisco, Los Andes has the fall drink for you.

The popular Chalkstone Avenue restaurant in Providence recently unveiled its “Peruvian Pumpkin Coffee Milk” on social media, and has already amassed hundreds of “likes” — and “loves.”

Here’s what’s in the cocktail. 

“House infused vanilla pisco, pumpkin cream liqueur, horchata rum and espresso served on the rocks with a pumpkin and espresso spiced rim,” according to Los Andes.

Sounds like the perfect beverage to wash down some ceviche and lobster paella to us.
