Do you celebrate St. Joseph’s Day with a zeppole — or two?

On Saturday, LaSalle Bakery in Providence shared a video of its staff preparing hundreds of the treats for the day ahead.

According to the time stamp on the video, the chefs were hard at work while most Rhode Islanders were probably still sleeping.
