Attleboro Police, Arbour-Fuller Hospital Team Up to Address Opiate Addiction

The Attleboro Police Department is teaming with Arbour-Fuller Hospital on a new collaboration to address opiate addiction.

The two will implement a monthly drop in clinic and resource center called “You Are Not Alone.”

The "You Are Not Alone" drop-in center will be open from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on the last Wednesday of the month in Fellowship Hall at the Murray Unitarian Universalist Church.

The Drop-in Center

The "You Are Not Alone" drop-in center will feature information tables represented by local providers and members of the area's newly organized Greater Attleboro Recovery Network (GARN).  

This includes Arbour-Fuller Hospital, HighPoint Treatment Center, South Bay Counseling Center, Greater Attleboro Area Suicide Prevention Coalition (GAASPC), Learn 2 Cope, Teen Challenge, New Hope, Inc., St. Vincent de Paul and NORCAP to name a few.  Free Narcan training will be provided through Seven Hills.   

Clinicians from Arbour-Fuller Hospital, Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC), and other local resources will be on hand to assist those seeking immediate voluntary treatment.
