6th Annual Summit Music Festival Set for August 15

The 6th annual Summit Music Festival will return to Lippitt Park in Providence on Saturday, August 15th from 1 to 6 p.m. Admission to the festival is free.

This year's event will benefit the Fresh For All Fund that supports local farmers and increase access to fresh food for all.

“We wanted to bring together a vibrant event that showcased all this community has to offer, as well as bring in a taste of New Orleans to knock our socks off.  With that, we also wanted to benefit a local charity this year, and with the help of the Miriam Hospital, we found one that supports two things that we think are important to our community: farmers and access to food for all,” said Dean Weinberg, President of the Summit Neighborhood Association.
