Assess yourself!

This week, together with the team at Social Women we launched the 8 Weeks to Better Living Challenge. The first step to better living (in my humble opinion) is figuring out what's not working in your best life plan. Now is the time to take a hard look at what you want to do better. Lose weight, exercise more, manage your time more efficiently or take more time for yourself, maybe all of the above. Head on over to our 8

Weeks to Better Living Challenge Facebook Page, click the link here to download the assessment and fill it out. It won't take more than 5 minutes and it will give you something to think about in defining your top goals for better living.

What are your goals?

Many of the women who have already signed on have declared on the FB page their personal goal for living better. This is not a competition. We are only competing with ourselves and supporting one another in our goals. Each week both on the Social Women Radio Show, Facebook and here on GoLocalProv.com we will have content and guests to support each Better Living topic. Please share with us your ideas and thoughts about goal setting and achievement.

My Better Living goal is to take 3 hours a week for myself. There I said it. I want some me time. Although I have a couple of additional goals on my list I have identified “me” time as my number one.

At the end of the Eight Weeks to Better Living Challenge I hope to be able to tell you that I have achieved that goal.  Please join me.
