Be Winemaker For A Day At Carolyn's Sakonnet Vineyard

For two Saturdays in January, Carolyn’s Sakonnet Vineyard in Little Compton is offering the opportunity to be a Winemaker for a Day.

The Winemaker for a Day program includes the tasting and sampling of 4-5 varietals, access to a beaker and a “wine thief" to extract the desirable amounts of wine to blend in the beaker. You can then have your bottle corked by the Carolyn's Sakonnet Vineyard staff for you take home and enjoy.

The program runs on January 11 and January 25, 2014. Gift certificates, valued at $60 and can be purchased at the vineyard. Sessions are limited to 20 people and will be held at 11 AM, 1 PM and 3 PM each day.
