Get over to Firehouse Theater at 4 Equality Park Place in Newport to watch the award winning improv comedy of The Bit Players.
The show begins at 8 p.m. and is BYOB.

Soul Shot at The Cafe at Parlor Newport
Soul Shot is New England's premier reggae, ska, and rocksteady band.
They will perform at the Cafe from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.

The day also presents a great opportunity for new readers and or collectors. to get into comics. Got to store, pick up a cool book and see if you like it. If you don't, oh well, it was free.

Derby Party with Newport Storm & Thomas Tew
Newport Storm and Thomas Tew team up to host a Kentucky Derby Party.
The party will go from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Newport Storm Brewery. The party will feature lawn games, drinks and a live stream of the derby.
