Narragansett Bay Symphony Orchestra Announces 3rd Concert of Season
The concert will take place on Sunday, March 8 at 3 p.m. in the McVinney Auditorium in Providence.

The Concert
The performance will feature Johannes Brahms’ violin concerto with Hyun Jee Chung soloist followed by Dmitri Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 5 in D Minor.
"Chung made her solo debut in 2010 playing the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto with the Seoul National Symphony. She is a winner of competitions such as Soloists Competition at Boston University, Baltimore Music Club Competition, and Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra Competition. Her recent concerto engagement was with Boston University Symphony Orchestra in Boston where she performed the Beethoven Violin Concerto under Maestro Bramwell Tovey. She has performed in various venues including Symphony Hall in Boston, Jordan Hall, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Mechanics Hall, Baird Auditorium in Smithsonian in DC, Seoul Arts Center, Hong Kong City Hall, Concert Hall of National Grand Theater of Beijing, and Dubai Opera," according to her bio.
The guest conductor will be Nathaniel Efthimiou.
