Narragansett Bay Symphony Community Orchestra Set to Open 2019-20 Concert Season

The Narragansett Bay Symphony Community Orchestra is set to host its season-opening concert at McVinney Auditorium.

The concert will take place on Sunday, October 27 at 3 p.m.

General admission is $15, seniors and students $5, and children 12 and under are free.

The Concert

The show will be led by conductor David Feltner.

The centerpiece of the show is  Sergei Prokofiev’s Symphony No. 5 in BbMajor. 

Also featured on the concert is Robert Schumann’s Cello Concerto in A minor featuring Emmaneul Feldman, soloist.  

Boston composer, Robert Edward Smith’s Overture, “Diana, Queen, and Huntress” will also be performed.
