In April, GoLocalProv was first to report that major Hollywood sequel “Good Burger 2” was going to be filmed in Rhode Island.

Now, GoLocal can report that shooting is taking place on Tuesday in Providence’s Wayland Square.

The crew was setting up a shot shortly after 8 AM at the intersection of Wayland Avenue and Medway Street.

Signs are posted that local businesses will remain open during the shoot.

It marks the latest for the film that has already seen an old “Friendly’s” in North Providence used as a set.

And as GoLocal reported, this weekend, Good Burger star Kenan Thompson was spotted with the team at Olneyville System
