The Providence Gay Men’s Chorus announced that it is topping off the 2019 concert season with a performance of “Rights of Passage.”

“This year is an iconic and historic year for the LGBTQ community as it marks the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall uprising, considered the birth of the modern LGBTQ movement. The PGMC honors Stonewall’s 50th anniversary by musically celebrating the milestones achieved in the LGBTQ movement that were only possible because of the trailblazers who first stood up for their rights. Join us as we celebrate all of the things that unite all of our hearts, minds, and communities through song,” said artistic director Kim Kuda.

The performance will take place at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, and at 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 9, at the Greenwich Odeum.
