"Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" Expected to Draw $130 Million on Opening Weekend
“Rogue One” tells of the events that took place between “Episode III: Revenge of the Sith” and “Episode IV: A New Hope,” when a group of resistance fighters, led by rogue fighter Jyn Erso, attempt to steal the Empire’s plans for their newest weapon the Death Star.
The next chapter, Star Wars: Episode VIII is expected to be released in December of 2017.
