Considering his New England Patriots just barely squeaked out a victory against the Buffalo Bills last Sunday and he’s got a defensive line that gave up 134 yards, Tom Brady has much bigger fish to fry (namely, the Miami Dolphins Monday night), but this has gone on long enough. We’re not sure if he’s been officially diagnosed with Beiber Fever or if building his LA manse this summer with supermodel wife Gisele Bunchen has the quarterback California dreamin’, but the shaggy tresses and side-swept bags are bordering on mullet status and its has the well-coifed in flux.

“Long hair on guys is the rage, but at some point, that former Zac-Efron-turned-Justin-Beiber look is not fitting,” said Joseph Farias, owner of Celebeautique Hairspa & Salon in Newport. “He should taper the back and sides tighter while tailoring some length through the top to create texture; it would enable versatility of doing the Bieber comb over or perhaps making it look a little more funky. This look would be better suited for this jockanista!”

Stylists at Seiren Salon in Providence agree with Farias. “Tom could make the bowl haircut work, but we need to highlight it for some dimension,” said one. “The back needs tapering ... It's a little mullet-y right now,” said another. But not everyone sees eye to eye. “There's nothing wrong with it,” insisted one European stylist. “He's a handsome guy, he can do anything!”
