Advancing From Middle-Management to Senior Leadership: PC School of Continuing Education LIVE

The three-module course is designed specifically for those in middle-management and those who would like to advance into senior leadership roles.
“The workshop that we’re planning I think can be quite helpful in that regard,” said Snyder on LIVE, who went into detail on the three separate sections.

"So really all of those segments work to help practicing professionals understand where they are in their organization, where they fit, and how they can be more influential — even if say for example a new position isn’t available, what can they do within their current organization that can help them succeed and to be more effective,” said Snyder.
