On Thursday, Peter Swope at the Brown Daily Herald erroneously reported that an arrest had been made related to the incident, following a communication from Rabbi Josh Bolton to the Hillel community that reportedly alleged there had been an arrest.

Providence police have confirmed to GoLocal that while a warrant has been issued, no arrest has been made at this time.

Neither Bolton nor the Herald responded to request for comment.
