Speaker Mattiello Calls for AG and RI State Police to Release 38 Studios Records

Speaker Nick Mattiello has called on Attorney General Peter Kilmartin and Rhode Island State Police head Stephen O'Donnell to immediately release all documents associated with the 38 Studios investigation.

On Friday, Kilmartin and O'Donnell has a press conference at nearly 4 pm to announce that no charges were being sought against any individuals or companies relating to the State of Rhode Island's loss of $75 million. Many were shocked that no charges were filed and the late Friday summer press conference was widely criticized and only served to fueled speculation that the investigation was vigorous.
