NEW: Live PD Coming to East Providence

East Providence Police to be featured on Live PD
The City of East Providence has announced that Live PD will be joining the East Providence Police Department.

Live PD will join the East Providence Police starting on Wednesday, May 29, with the first live broadcast taking place on Friday, May 31 at 9 p.m. on A&E.

“The East Providence Police Dept. will be conducting a hiring process for new recruits beginning today through July 1, 2019. Live PD arrives just in time to showcase our agency and what we have to offer,” writes the East Providence Police Department in their press release.

Last season, the Warwick Police Department was featured on the show.

In August, “Live PD” was the No. 1 program on all of TV among ages A25-54 and ages A18-49 on Fridays and Saturdays (L+SD, excluding NFL Pre-Season games), propelling A&E to be the No. 1 TV network on Fridays and Saturdays for the month with A25-54 and A18-49, beating all broadcast nets. (L+SD, prime).
