EXCLUSIVE: Brown Mass Shooting - POI Collected the Satchel Between 2:20 PM & 2:52 PM
The timeline shows the person of interest (POI) in a range of locations in the preceding hour before the mass shooting at the Barus and Holley building at Brown University. The shooting took place on Saturday, December 13 at about 4:05 PM.
A team from GoLocal reviewed each of the segments to put together a timeline, specifically identifying the time period in which the POI collected the satchel.

In all the videos released by the FBI and Providence Police prior to 2:52 PM, the person of interest was seen walking in and around Manning, Cooke, Benevolent, and Hope Streets, and the individual was not wearing the satchel.

But starting at the video of the POI walking 3:25 MARK of the FBI video, he is seen walking north on Cooke and turns left and up Manning Street towards Hope Street wearing the satchel for the first time. The time stamp is 2:52 PM on Saturday.
It is believed that the satchel held a 9 mm handgun and multiple extended magazines.

The second clip at the 4:06 MARK of the FBI Video shows him continuing to walk up Manning toward Hope Street. The timestamp is 2:53 PM.
VIDEO CLIP #3
The third and last clip publicly released by the FBI begins at the 4:13 MARK of the FBI Video and shows POI completing is walk up Manning and crossing Hope Street to the Barus & Holley side.
The last available video of him without the satchel shows him walking south on Hope Street, and the timestamp is 2:18 PM.
Sometime between 2:18 and 2:52 PM, he retrieved the satchel, according to the timestamps on the videos released by the FBI.
Where the POI went from between 2:54 PM and conducting the shooting, if this is the individual, is unknown.
