Was This the Brown Mass Shooter’s Exit? — Videos and Questions
To date, only two clips of video have been released of a person of interest's escape from the site of the mass shooting at Brown University. The three videos released by the Providence Police on Monday were from before the shooting.

The first video was released by the Providence Police on Saturday night at about 10 PM — it showed the person walking on Hope Street and turning right onto Waterman — the video is 10 seconds long.
The second video is 19 seconds and was first secured by GoLocal from Dulgarian Properties — the video shows what appears to be the same person walking down Waterman in an eastward direction.
GoLocal first published the video on Monday morning and shared it with the Providence Police.
But where is the rest of the video?
GoLocal tracked the path of the person of interest from the Barus & Holley building at Brown, north on Hope, and then taking a right on Waterman — de facto following the likely path of the person of interest.
Video cameras can be seen on Mayor Brett Smiley’s home — no video has been released from that property. It is not known whether the camera's capture is limited by geofencing—whether it only captures images from the property —or if it can capture images from across Waterman where the person of interest was walking on Saturday at about 4:06 PM.
After GoLocal reviewed the path on Monday morning, we submitted the following questions to Mayor Smiley's office:
1) Was video captured on those cameras on Saturday?
2) Was it turned over to the Providence Police/State Police or the FBI?
3) What was on that video?
4) Will it be made public?
Despite repeated follow-up, Smiley's office refused to respond.
Why Is There Not More Video Released
GoLocal learned from Dulgarian Properties that they have turned over additional video from their other properties on Waterman Street and throughout the area.
The Path to Escape
Did the person who was last seen in the GoLocal video continue down Waterman to a parked car?
Or, did the man take a right onto Cooke Street — and re-enter the area in which he was seen walking prior to the shooting? SEE THOSE VIDEOS HERE.
Now, three days later, there are only two videos available of the shooters' escape.
