Family Issues Statement on Judge Licht’s Recovery

The family of Superior Court Judge Richard Licht has released an update on his condition, after he was hit by a car outside the Rhode Island State House. 

On Friday afternoon, the family announced the following: 

“Our family remains incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support and prayers as Richard continues healing. He will continue his recovery at the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston and was moved there today.

Richard is in good spirits and is so appreciative of the continued expressions of love and support from friends, colleagues, and the many people in Rhode Island and beyond who have reached out to us. Thank you.”
