The Rhode Island Department of Health on Friday announced 16 additional COVID-19 related fatalities, bringing the total in the state to 693.

There were 122 new positive cases, for a total of 14,635.

Currently, there are 219 hospitalizations, with 47 in the ICU and 33 on ventilators.

According to the state, there have been 131,720 negative test results, and 1,206 hospital discharges.

Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo and officials will be LIVE at 1 PM on Friday at the Vets Auditorium for their daily briefing.
