Police Seeking Public’s Help Locating Missing Woman Last Seen Leaving Providence Place Mall

North Providence police are seeking help from the public in locating a missing woman. 

According to police, Tiffany “Tiff” Singh was reported missing by her family walking away from her residence in North Providence on March 31. 

Since then, police say she was spotted on video walking out of the Providence Place Mall garage on April 1.

Her family says she has medical conditions.

She was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, green pants, and tan sneakers.

Police say Singh is known to “frequent the Rhode Island College campus area.”
