RI’s Culpo Wants Trump to Come See Her on Super Bowl Red Carpet

Former Miss Rhode Island and Miss Universe Olivia Culpo would love to see a familiar face on Super Bowl Sunday.

Culpo, who is married to NFL player Christian McCaffrey, is joining Fox Sports for their “red carpet” coverage on Tubi. 

During an appearance on Outkick’s Hot Mic podcast this week, Culpo talked about the possibility that President Donald Trump, who is slated to attend the game, could be one of her guests.

When Culpo was crowned Miss Universe in 2012, she landed a kiss from then-pageant organizer Trump. 

“Wouldn't that be cool?” Culpo said to hosts Clay Travis, Jonathan Hutton and Chad Withrow of interviewing the President on Sunday. "If you're watching this, please Donald Trump, come see me at the Tubi red carpet at the Super Bowl!”

“It would be so fun, just like old times!” she quipped. 

It would mark the latest ties between Trump and Culpo - who are connected by the pageant world. 

 

Trump Transgender Flip-Flop

His stance, however, is a complete flip-flop from his public statements supporting transgendered individuals that he made in 2012 during the Miss USA pageant 

And at the center at the time of the controversy is Rhode Island’s Olivia Culpo.
