Rhode Islanders have deep concerns about the quality of education in the State.
Some argue the Rhode Island has a diverse, and urban population that has challenges that other states do not face. Others argue that RI is not getting its money's worth. The state is one of the top per pupil spenders, but the test results are near the bottom. What is your take?
